You can integrate with QuickBooks® to bring over all your client information from there so you don’t have to manually enter them.
The setup is easy as 1, 2, 3. Follow the steps below.
Start by going to “Settings” on your left hand menu:
Next, Select the Integrations tab on the left hand side.
Click “Connect to QuickBooks®”
Next, you will provide necessary authorization and click “Connect,”
and automatically the data will be securely transmitted from QuickBooks® to Automile!
You’ll see a green notification box indicating successful connection to QuickBooks®. You’ll also get an email confirming when the import is completed.
To view the newly imported customers, navigate to your "Jobs" tab in your left hand menu.
Next, simply click "customers" on the left side.
Your customers will populate below. A quick refresh might be necessary.
