How long is the US free trial?
The free trial lasts for a period of 14 days.
When does the free trial begin?
The free trial begins the day the item is shipped and it usually arrives within a day.
When do I get billed?
Billing occurs on the 15th day of the free trial.
What is your free trial return policy?
The device can be returned free of charge anytime before the 15th day. If you wish to return the device, ask our support team (via email, chat, or call) for a free return label.
When will my credit card be charged?
To start the trial and ship the product to you, we will require your credit card information however we won’t charge the card. The trial is absolutely free and we will ship the product to you at no cost. In case you don’t see our product as a good fit and If you return the device(s) before the trial ends (which is 14 days from ship date) then there is no cost to you. If you don’t communicate your interest to discontinue, then we will assume that Automile is working well for you and you will receive an invoice the day after the trial end date and the card will be charged 10 days after trial end date.
Once I receive the device, what is the first step as part of the free trial?
Simply plug the device to your vehicle’s OBD port! Once the device is plugged in, you drive for roughly 20 minutes and the data will automatically start syncing and you can view it via app.automile.com on your desktop or through Automile’s mobile app on your smartphone. Here are directions for plugging in your device.

What is the cost after the free trial ends?
Billing begins on day 15. You will be charged according to the plan you selected with your account executive. You can review pricing details here - https://www.automile.com/pricing. We have discounted rates for higher volume orders (fleet size >= 10).
How long is Automile’s subscription period?
Automile generally bills annually and the pricing for annual billing is indicated on our website here. If you are interested in flexible billing (such as monthly or semi-annually), please chat with us as there is an additional cost.
Do I own the device?
If you are choosing Pro or Enterprise plan, the device(s) is leased to you at no cost and at the time of cancellation, you can request a free return label so you can return the device(s) back to us. If device(s) is damaged or lost, there is a charge of $99 per device as a one time fee.
