Once you have created a quote, you can do the following:
1) You can send the quote to the customer for approval. Depending on the communication preference (email/text) you had selected for the customer, we will send the quote on your behalf.
2) The customer can approve the quote on their end or if they call you and tell you they agree, you can approve it on their behalf.
3) Once approved, you can convert the Quote into a Job but tapping "Create Job".
