Start by checking that the Automile Box (the hardware) is installed correctly in the vehicle's diagnose (OBD) port. Installation how-to can be found here.
The Automile Box is activated during your first trip. We recommend driving continuously for ~20 minutes to sync your Box, and to begin logging trip information.
If you have completed the activation trip and are still unable to see any trip information, please try signing in and out of your account. Additionally, the device must have cell reception to send recorded information to the server. Otherwise, this can cause a delay. The device will continue to log new information, but you will be unable to view it on the website (or app) if there is no service connection.
