If the Automile Box has low reception for some reason, the device can no longer transmit the location of the device. Therefore, the system can no longer display the correct position of the vehicle. The device is responsible for reconnecting on its own, so it is difficult for us to predict when new trip information will be available in your account.
The Box will continue to store data and will start sending information back to Automile as soon as it reestablishes itself with connection. The connection does not disable the Box from recording data.
